Lauren did an exceptional job marketing our property, pulling out all the stops to ensure we gave the best first impression that we could to potential home buyers. We feel that the delay in selling the property had more to do with the market conditions than Lauren, as she came up with several ingenuous marketing ideas to identify potential buyers. She regularly communicated updates from open houses and she was open to discussing offers and decisions to lower the sale price to meet our needs to sell the home at a certain price within a certain time frame. Overall, we were very satisfied with Lauren's work, would highly recommend her to others (especially individuals looking to sell lake homes in the Clarkston area) and plan to reach out to her if/when we plan to sell our current home or buy another one in the future.
