Coldwell Banker Weir Manuel

Lauren was so easy to work with, she is super communicative and made selling our home stress free. We had more than a handful of offers within the first 3 days of listing; and she took the time to review all offers and provide valuable insights which was really appreciated as first time sellers.

Lauren is the best and only realtor Ill ever work with. Do yourself a favor and contact her. She work on a deal for 6 months to make it happen. If it wasnt for her we would have lost out on our dream home. Thank you for all your hard work!

We had met Lauren when looking for a Lake House. She was the listing agent at an open house. We ran into her a few more times over the years at her lake house listings. We were always impressed with her presentation and her professionalism. Whe it came time for us to sell we thought of her first. She did not disappoint. The whole process was easy and quick. The house was listed and within one day we had multiple offers. We accepted one for over list price and closed quickly. I give her the credit for this with her advice, her marketing plan, and her ability to get the traffic to our home. Working with her was a pleasure and the outcome was a great success.

Lauren did an excellent job representing us in the recent sale of our lake properties in the Highland area. She was professional, responsive, and attentive throughout the entire process. There were so many changes and demands placed on us as sellers in order to get to the closing line, and Lauren went to bat for us. These properties held many years of family history and memories for us, and Lauren understood how meaningful the sales were. We truly appreciated her guidance, hard work, and attention to detail from beginning to end. Lauren is simply awesome to work with! We would gladly recommend Lauren to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated real estate agent.
