Lauren Crane, Realtor, Testimonial We live in Florida and needed to sell our condo in Athens, Ga after our son moved from the UGA life to a different city. Needless to say, this is more difficult to do long distance. We researched realtors online and one Facebook testimonial for Lauren Crane with Corcoran Classic Living caught our attention. We were impressed after our phone call, drove 7 hours to the condo, met her in person and came up with a plan for the easiest way to sell our condo. Since we were not local and upgrades would have been inconvenient for us, we agreed with her approach of a weekend best and final sale. Ten offers, all over or at asking price, were presented to us that weekend and we were under contract in two days. The closing was just a few weeks later. Lauren took care of everything for us and we greatly appreciated her good advice and professionalism. We highly recommend that you use her services in buying or selling a home or condo!

We sold our home "By Owner" and Lauren Crane was our buyer's realtor. Lauren was very easy to work with , professional and quick to respond with any question we had. We were inundated with many calls from realtors, most trying to get their foot in the door to convince us to list with them - but as soon as we met Lauren with her clients we could tell she was sincere and looking out for her clients and us !

We loved working with Lauren earlier this year (2022) and feel fortunate that she was representing us as our real estate agent. She assisted us throughout the process aEUR" right from the beginning (when we reached out to her through a family referral) to after the closing (where she recommended local vendors that we could use for various work on the property). We enjoyed looking at homes with her as she always had insights into the home and/or the neighborhood. We found her easy to work with as she has a great personality. Her communications were always clear and reflected her knowledge of the area and the related real estate dynamics. We were able to purchase our property at virtually the listed value despite the market conditions being seller-friendly. This was largely due to Laurens guidance on preparing before an offer (gaining a loan pre-approval from a local bank which Lauren suggested would make our offer more favorable), our offer (not only the price but what else we needed to incorporate into our offer to make it as flexible and advantageous as possible), how to negotiate through the inevitable counter-offer process and close on the property on terms that were agreeable to both parties. We highly recommend that you speak to and consider Lauren if youre in the market either as a buyer or a seller.

We were relocating from Cumming to the Monroe/Athens area. We hadn't decided between Athens and Monroe and looked in both areas . Lauren did a great job of pointing out the pros and cons of each area. Having grown up in Social Circle, she knows the area very well. Before starting our search, she did a good job of understanding what our needs and wants were for our new home. She was proactive about providing us new listings to consider as they hit the market. She was always accessible and willing to show us homes based on our schedule. We found our home in just a few weeks with her help. It's a challenge finding a home in today's market but she made the home buying process efficient and effective.

We found Lauren through my son. We told her that we wanted to purchase an investment condo.
