Needless to say, this is more difficult to do long distance. We researched realtors online and one Facebook testimonial for Lauren Crane with Corcoran Classic Living caught our attention. We were impressed after our phone call, drove 7 hours to the condo, met her in person and came up with a plan for the easiest way to sell our condo. Since we were not local and upgrades would have been inconvenient for us, we agreed with her approach of a weekend best and final sale. Ten offers, all over or at asking price, were presented to us that weekend and we were under contract in two days. The closing was just a few weeks later.
