Needless to say, this is more difficult to do long distance. We researched realtors online and one Facebook testimonial for Lauren Crane with Corcoran Classic Living caught our attention. We were impressed after our phone call, drove 7 hours to the condo, met her in person and came up with a plan for the easiest way to sell our condo. We loved working with Lauren earlier this year (2022) and feel fortunate that she was representing us as our real estate agent. She assisted us throughout the process aEUR" right from the beginning (when we reached out to her through a family referral) to after the closing (where she recommended local vendors that we could use for various work on the property). We were relocating from Cumming to the Monroe/Athens area. We hadn't decided between Athens and Monroe and looked in both areas .
