She is very friendly and upfront about what to expect. While she was unable to be there during the initial walk through of our home, she did make sure another agent provided coverage so that we could see the home we eventually purchased. My only constructive criticism would be that she could be a little more proactive with home leads. We sent listings to Lauren on what we wanted to see, and she responded accordingly instead of vice versa. Overall, we had a pleasant experience with Lauren.

She always goes out of her way to help in whatever capacity is needed. She always responds quickly to phone calls, text, emails regardless of whether or not it is something major or just a random question that you think of. This last time I can't even count the amount of houses she showed me and my entire family (there are usually at least 6 of us when we go look!!) and never once did she get frustrated that I couldn't find "the one".
