4.  Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

Some of my favorite real estate experiences are the ones that require us to think outside the box.

Recently, I helped buyers navigate the complexities of a unique waterfront property. It wasn't your typical home purchase. There were questions surrounding the property, inspections to coordinate, and important details that required additional research and conversations with local professionals.

What I enjoyed most was helping my clients understand the bigger picture. Instead of simply focusing on getting an offer accepted, we focused on understanding the property, exploring their options, and making sure each decision aligned with their long-term goals.

I started my real estate career in 2015, and what I've come to love most about this industry is that it's never really just about houses.

It's about the family looking for room to grow, the first-time buyer who never thought homeownership was possible, and the homeowner who's ready to close one chapter and begin another.

I've always enjoyed connecting with people, solving problems, and finding ways to make complicated situations feel manageable. Real estate gives me the opportunity to do all three while making a meaningful difference in people's lives.
