ZillowVERIFIEDLaurie and I "quick closed" on a house recently. The process was quick and informative, and even after settling in a little over a month later, I can still ask her any questions about things I might have forgotten or not fully understood!

ZillowVERIFIED Laurie DaPrano sold my parent's home in 2024. She did an amazing job & the home closed in 10 weeks. So, when it was time to sell a 2nd property I reached out to Laurie again. She jumped into action and prioritized our action plan. We had the house on the market in less than 3 weeks. When the offers began coming in, she summarized them for me and we selected the one that we felt right for us. She navigated all of the bumps in the road that can come up and never lost focus on finding the right buyers for the property. She always considered my input and shared her perspectives with me. In the end, we had a great offer. She worked closely with the buyer's agent and managed activities with our title company to ensure a smooth close. For the 2nd time, from start to finish, this home was sold in just over 10 weeks. Laurie will work hard for you if you trust her and choose to list your property with her.

ZillowVERIFIED Wow! Talk about knowing your business! Laurie took me on a journey from a showing to a closing in 6 weeks!! All at a better price than I thought would be possible! I can't sing her praises enough. Once we found the house I wanted there was another offer which she not only ensured we could still be in the conversation but that we would be the seller's focused option. She walked me through a very successful negotiation with the buyer, even gaining unplanned concessions for new appliances. Her network brough me choices and recommendations for lenders, plumbers, handymen, etc. to help with what I needed. Love my new place! Thank you Laurie DaPrano!!

ZillowVERIFIED I partnered with Laurie DaPrano to sell my parent's home in 2024. She quickly identified the priorities needed to get our property on the market & connected me with local professionals to prepare our home for listing. Laurie listened to me and asked for my input on every decision. She was thoughtful in selecting the day to list the property & networked with countless agents to maximize viewings. She was laser focused on getting the best offer. The closing process was flawless from start to finish. Laurie managed every detail leading up to the final closing by working closely with the buyer's agent and the closing attorney. From start to finish, our home was sold in just over 10 weeks. She is simply the best!

ZillowVERIFIED Laurel DaPrano is the ideal person to have on your side as your realtor. I bought site unseen in Virginia Beach while living in California and every neighbor and friend that has seen my home in person has been telling me how lucky I was. The house was a gem in a highly sought after area in Virginia Beach. Laurie was my eyes from afar. She gave me an in depth description of the home and provided great insight as we video chatted. Thanks to her expertise, I was able to find the right home expeditiously after reviewing many homes. Laurie is a TOP TIER AGENT, I'd highly encourage everyone to have her as your realtor, you won't regret it ! ! !

ZillowVERIFIED I cant express enough how happy I am with my new home in the East Beach area of Norfolk. Our agent, Laurel(Laurie) was absolutely amazing. She really listened to what we were looking for in a second home. She was patient and accommodating of our schedules and time as we were out of state and couldnt always be present to see every property. Our home purchase was a year long journey. Laurie was with us every step of the way. Covid and a tight real estate market only added to an already overwhelming process. Having a professional, understanding, knowledgeable agent made the process less intimidating. I would strongly recommend Laurel DaPrano as your agent if you are looking for a property in the Virginia Beach Hampton Roads area.

ZillowVERIFIED Laurie worked hard to find us a wonderful beach condo in Virginia Beach. She has a perfect amount of aggressiveness without being pushy which is exactly what we like on the buy side of real estate. As great as she was getting us to the offer and acceptance stage, she was even better in the acceptance to close stage. Laurie is so well connected in Virginia Beach that she helped us ensure that our punch list items were being addressed, she introduced us to the best window treatment people, and even helped us get application forms for the nearby country club. We definitely recommend Laurel (Laurie) DaPrano!

ZillowVERIFIED Laurel was Heaven sent! From my initial request via Zillow's website, Laurel contacted me immediately and was ready to help me find my first home but at a reasonable price. Laurel provided me with all the necessary information needed as a first time home buyer and made me feel comfortable with the process as a whole. She was knowledgeable about the area however, if there was anything she was unsure about she had a response for me within 24hrs. In addition, when it came to my home inspection she went to bat for me to ensure I was being quoted fairly. :-) I am so appreciative of Laurel's dedication and passion for what she does that led to me getting the home of my dreams. If you're in need of an attentive, rock start agent please reach out to Laurel DePrano!

ZillowVERIFIED Laurel aEURoeLaurieaEUR? DaPrano was absolutely outstanding during our home buying process from start to finish! Not only were we buying in an extremely competitive market, but we were not located in the same state during the duration of the search. Laurie went above and beyond, consistently being the 1st on site for virtual home showings and always offering professional and sound advise for preparing offers. After being super persistent, a dozen showings and several offers later - we landed a dream home! Lauries knowledge of the area, market, and financial process was incredible. We ended up using her network of financial experts to not only save us money on closing costs, but streamlined the process and improved communications over our initial lender. Her communication skills and attention to detail are to be admired. If you get the opportunity to work with Laurie, you have found the best there is!
