She negotiated with the buyer to get pretty close to the asking price and managed to add some perks to the offer so that we, as sellers, had less to do for the sale. SheA understood our needs, took into account the current market and was on top of everything throughout the deal. SheA always let us know as soon as a new property came on the market. I don't know how she does it but somehow we closed on our sale in the morning & went straight to the closing on our purchase later that day. Amazing work! Would use Laura again in a heartbeat!
