It was very stressful, but things become much easier once we found Laura. She was quick to respond to emails and texts. She was always accommodating to show us a home. She was so helpful and calm with all of the changes due to COVID-19. She knows a lot of people in the business and I really trust her recommendations. When we saw the house that we ended up buying, I truly believe it was because of her advice and negotiation that we were about to get our dream home. When she met us at the house to give us our keys, she had handwritten note expressing her gratitude. ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Laura to buy our first house, and we would never have made it through without her. I rarely give 5 stars for any review, but Laura was truly excellent. She was flexible with our schedule (including weekends and last-minute toddler complications). She not only tolerated the narrow search limits we set for her, but she worked hard to find anything that might come close to meeting our requirements, which really helped us clarify exactly what we were looking for. She was quick to respond to new postings, and probably is the main reason we got our house because we were the first people to tour the home. During the purchase process she was always available to answer questions, at all hours of the day, she did huge amounts of leg work to keep things organized and moving forward, particularly during the last week before closing. She even pulled together documents for electronic signature at 8pm the night before closing because the title company had forgotten to request an important paper. As first time home-buyers her calm, patience, skill and knowledge were essential to helping us feel comfortable and confident. The next time we buy or sell real estate I will certainly be working with Laura and I will recommend her to any of my friends or family who need an agent.

This was especially wonderful given she priced our house $15,000 higher then the comps as she actually did her homework vs. just look on rmls and pull a report. She truly wanted to get us the best price and did the leg work it required in order to price it right, market well and walk people through the home talking about the key features that made it one of a kind. She guided us through the process and even though the 1st offer came in at asking with some conditions that weren't great she urged us to wait. This resulted in a above ask offer with no limitations. She was extremely responsive and handled all the "after the offer" items extremely well. We will use her for every transaction we have. She was a pleasure to work with. It is amazing knowing you have an honest individual helping you with this key financial transaction. It was critical for us to have someone that understood negotiating a 10% reduction was actually $45,000 and didn't take this fact lightly.
