ZillowVERIFIEDMy husband and I decided to purchase our first home this year, and I contacted Laura as she was referred by a mutual friend. I am so glad I did! Laura is exactly what we needed as first time home buyers. She answered all of our questions and helped us better understand the home buying process. She went above and beyond to help us stand out as buyers in a popular price range and a seller's market. Her response time to questions was quick and she was always willing to work with our schedule, often showing us homes on evenings and weekends. Throughout the entire home buying process, Laura was respectful, thorough, and always an advocate for our family's best interests. I feel so fortunate to have met and worked with Laura and I highly recommend her services. Thank you Laura!
ZillowVERIFIEDLaura was was wonderful to work with. She is very knowledgeable and was very patient with all of our questions. She also worked to assist us with the mortgage company to get us answers when we did not receive responses right away. She even made herself available on Sundays for us. I would recommend Laura to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. The process for my wife and I was a nightmare, but Laura got us through it and got us into our home. We are forever grateful to her.
ZillowVERIFIEDLaura was a gift from above! After being informed our rent would increase over 20%, my wife and I decided it was time to purchase a home. We reached out to a friend that works for a lender and she recommended Laura. From the instant we met her we knew we had been introduced to the right person. Once informed of our EXTREMELY tight budget, Laura worked tirelessly from day 1, looking for possible homes for us. Laura was always available to speak with us, soothe our fears and she was incredibly honest knowledgeable and truthful on what she explained. We were never pressured and we always knew that we were had partnered with someone who had our best interests at heart instead of trying to make a buck.Once we moved into our new home, she even helped carry boxes three floors up!I highly recommend Laura. She has become a part of our family and will remain so for as long as we live. We owe her our first washing machine and the home that came attached to it.
