ZillowVERIFIEDOur experience with Rachel Konieczny and Laura Edwards Keller Williams agency was outstanding. Not only were we buying a home/condo in Cobb County, Georgia, but were selling our current home in Louisiana! Rachel was there for us every step of the way making sure that our purchase was exactly want we wanted and needed ( it absolutely is! ). Rachel was always professional and dedicated. She certainly made what could have been a very difficult transition through the minefield of real estate a pleasant and rewarding experience! Thank you Rachel from the Coens of Marietta, Georgia

ZillowVERIFIED Tara is an absolute rock star of an agent. I used her to sell my townhome and to buy my new home, which I absolutely love! I really cannot say enough about her. Shes a good listener and has a very warm and friendly demeanor. From day one, she was attentive to my needs and always very responsive. Whenever I had a question or concern, she was only a phone call or text message away. She made sure I felt comfortable at every step on what turned out to be a fairly long journey. She was honest and encouraging without ever being pushy. Never made me feel any pressure to buy a house that didnt quite fit. If she was ever frustrated with my pickiness, she never showed it! And while I was really discouraged at times, she remained positive and encouraged me throughout that I would eventually find a house that was perfect for me. And when my house finally came on the market, she was my champion! When it looked like I had lost the bid, she continued to strategize and communicate with the sellers agent and made it happen! By the time I was under contract, Tara had already introduced me to an excellent lender and a top-notch inspector. I am very grateful for all her help and especially her kindness! Working with Tara and the Laura Miller Edwards Group made the process so easy and comfortable for me. Tara and everyone I met on the LME team were always so pleasant, helpful and encouraging. It's obvious that they appreciate their clients and enjoy what they do. I dont think the process could have been any easieraEUR| And all at the height of a global pandemic! Thank you Tara!!!

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend Tammy and would give her 10 stars if the option was available. I had a unique property at a very high price point that Tammy sold within 90 days during the peak of the economic shutdown. I had very specific requirements for showing my home which Tammy upheld perfectly. The entire process was handled expertly from start to finish. The marketing program that Tammy and the Laura Miller Edwards Group put in place was very strategic and effective. A+!

ZillowVERIFIED I would highly recommend Laura Miller Edwards Realty Group. Laura was very knowledgeable and made the home buying process easy. This was our first home so she was patient and explained all the important steps of buying a house. Laura helped us so much during the negotiation process and made sure we were taken care of and got the repairs we wanted done. If you are looking to purchase or sell a home, Laura is the best!

ZillowVERIFIED Can't say enough positive things about Tammy! She's absolutely tops in her profession and our condo sold in less than 2 weeks - and this was during November which is a slow selling/buying period. We would recommend her, and the Laura Miller Edwards Realty Group, to anyone wanting to buy or sell their property. The entire team is top notch in every respect. Thanks to Tammy we are now settling into our new home in Florida. Arlene & Dave
