Laura Boshell is an Associate Broker and REALTORA(R) with Keller Williams Realty Augusta Partners, serving buyers and sellers throughout Augusta, Evans, Martinez, Grovetown, Columbia County and the surrounding Savannah River Region in Georgia and South Carolina.

Licensed in real estate since 1998, Laura brings decades of experience in residential sales, relocation, investment properties and property management.

Her extensive background gives her a practical understanding of real estate from multiple perspectives, whether helping a first-time buyer purchase a home, advising a homeowner preparing to sell, assisting an investor, or helping a family relocate to the area.

As a Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Laura has extensive experience working with military families and veterans, including PCS moves and VA buyers and sellers relocating to and from the Fort Gordon area.

Having lived and worked in the Augusta area for many years, she understands the communities, neighborhoods and lifestyle differences throughout the region and enjoys helping clients determine which area best fits their needs.

Laura serves Augusta, Evans, Martinez, Grovetown, Harlem, Appling and surrounding Georgia communities, as well as North Augusta, Aiken, Edgefield and surrounding areas of South Carolina.
