ZillowVERIFIEDLaToya Faith did an outstanding job showing us houses in our area and our budget. She was very knowledgeable and made sure that we knew everything about the property. At closing she was prepared and did the work for getting our home closed on time. We will recommend LaToya Faith to ALL our family and friends she definitely gets the job done.

ZillowVERIFIED Latoya is amazing!!! Truly not just saying that because she gave us a phenomenal experience that made us feel like we were family and not clients. She was also able to assist us in the midst of a very complex situation which a lot of others would give up on, but she never gave up on us. She made it so simple, easy, and quick considering the complexitys and for that I am forever grateful for Ms. Latoya. I highly recommend her and her team!

ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Latoya - an excellent agent. She listed my place in July and we were in contract within a month! We sold VERY close to the listing price. She definitely had the touch and is extremely professional and kept in contact with me daily. Latoya is highly recommended!

ZillowVERIFIED Even in this market LaToya made the home buying process wonderful for me. She really listened to my wants and needs and provided the best guidance. She was super knowledgeable about the process. Her attention to detail when writing and reviewing the contracts was exceptional. I was able to put my trust in her and leave it at that. She was always responsive, always punctual, and had outstanding communication.

ZillowVERIFIED LaToya is Amazing. She was going to help me get a home to rent but things didnt work out that way so I asked for help buying a house and I'm glad I did. Without her I would not be in my first home that I love. She is extremely responsive and helpful. She goes above and beyond to help you make informed decisions. She makes the buying process so easy and as painless as possible. Having LaToya be my realtor was one of the best things about buying my house.

ZillowVERIFIED LaToya is honestly the BEST realtor I ever had. She made our experience so comfortable. She made us feel like her only client, that is how responsive and professional she is. We moved from out of state, and on her journey, she went over and beyond to check on us and literally stayed up until we made it safely. Talk about great customer care. I would highly recommend her. Shes so friendly and you can tell that she is extremely passionate about what she does. We gave her a month deadline to find our home, and she was able to get us in our brand new home in two weeks. Do yourself a favor and work with her.I have no complaints at all.

ZillowVERIFIED We didnt end up finding a rental because of a change in living arrangements on my end but Latoya was perfect. She explained everything to us and gave us really great advice about buying vs renting. I have nothing but good things to say about her!
