Latoya Adkins

Q: 1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

Connect with a trust Mortgage Officer/ Lender to find out exactly where you stand in regards to homeownership. It's important to know what your buying power is. Also, connect with an Agent / Realtor that truly has your best interest in mind, not the commission. You want a professional that will protect your interests & negotiate on your behalf.

Q: 2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

As a seller, you should connect with a Real Estate Professional that will educate you on the market & promote your best interests. You want a professional that will protect you & get you the best offer on your home. You also want to be prepared for anything that the buyer may attempt to negotiate.

Q: 3. What types of clients have you worked with?

I serve clients from all walks of life. I have worked with buyers & sellers.

Q: 4. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?

I have a BS in Business Administration, which adds value to my service.

This is my second home purchase with Latoya and I can honestly say she is the best, hands down! From start to finish, she has always been professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and truly dedicated to her clients. Communication is one of her greatest strengths she makes what can be a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. Most importantly, I trust her completely. She always has my best interests at heart and works hard to ensure we are getting what we deserve!

I was a first time homebuyer. She held my hand through the whole process and explain to me step by step what was actually taking place at different stages of my application. I highly recommend her if you looking for a trust worthy agent!
