Lara Dolan

A Realtor(R) specializing in residential properties, Lara Dolan brings to The Dolan Group more than 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, consulting and business development and more than a decade in Real Estate. She is also an Accredited New Homes Selling Expert and Accredited Luxury Homes Sales specialist. Lara has lived in the North Fulton area for over 20 years. She has owned and managed businesses and a portfolio of residential-investment properties throughout Metro Atlanta for herself and her nationally based clients. She is a true entrepreneur; especially skilled at negotiation, analyzing comparable data and achieving the highest possible value for her clients. Active in the community, Lara is on the board of the Milton Business Council and prior board member of the Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce; as well as the Past-President of the Board of the Alpharetta Business Association. She is a founding Co-Chair of Alpharetta's landmark Shamrockin' for a Cure benefiting the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, a member of Leadership North Fulton's class of 2015, and volunteers for the City of Milton First Responders Foundation. Lara has been part of the Steering Committee for Milton's first ever Tour of Homes since its inception and sits on the board of Southern Magnolia Charities which distributes Tour of Homes proceeds to local charities. In recognition of her community service service, Lara was a Top Ten Finalist in the National Realtor Association's "Good Neighbor Award" representing Realtor's across the entire United States (2017). Other recognitions include: being named one of North Fulton's Savvy & Successful Women by Atlanta's Points North Magazine (2014), a recipient of Appen Newspapers "Best of North Fulton (2018, 2019, 2020, 2024, 2025), a finalist for the March of Dimes "Women of Distinction" (2018), and the Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce's 2022 & 2023 "Women Influencing Business" Awards. Lara and her husband Brian have raised two daughters: Olivia is a graduate of Milton High School and works as a public defender in Cook County, Illinois; Carly is also a graduate of Milton High and Georgia State. She works for the Ritz Carlton. Lara and Brian reside in the Crabapple area of Milton where Brian is active City Councilman. They enjoy golf, pickleball, and are involved in numberous civic communities. They spend time off at their vacation homes in the Blue Ridge Mountains and on 30A in the Florida panhandle (where they are also happy to help you work with a great agent to find your second home "happy place")!
