ZillowVERIFIED Review It?s hard to even know where to begin? this has been a long, and very rewarding experience. It all started about 5 years ago. I met Lani and I realized I wasn?t ready to buy just yet. We maintained a friendship and would catch up often over the years. She invited me to her events, school and food donation drives, and classes. 2 years into our friendship I was ready. The first house she showed me was perfect! I bought it! I had never been happier and the things I learned with that home taught me more than I ever imagined. I learned how to better budget, repair things, and also renovate! The most important thing Lani has given me and many others is knowledge. This knowledge led to profit of over 6 figures from the sale. Money in this world is power. Fast forward? December. Lani knew I needed and wanted something bigger, and turn key. We discussed profit margins and what would happen with the ever changing market. I think what I appreciated the most is that she was interested in what the market did for me, not for her her monetary gain. This speaks volumes of her character and professionalism as an agent. She made sure that I sold when I would make the best profit and have less repairs needed or requested. My seller obligations were under 800$ which is insane, especially in this market. The buying process as Naiatea (a team member whom I also love!) likes to say was pretty similar to hunger games. ?May the odds be ever in your favor.? But Lani was sure to prepare me for this. She let me know what the market was looking like and to accept rejection as it came as something better is always coming. I?m 28 and a single woman. Sometimes I really just needed someone to lean on and give me direction. She was always there! Through my impatience, anxiety, tears (happy and sad) and made sure we were always as informed as we could be. The house I closed on I was skeptical when I saw it because I just knew it would be out of my price range. She looked at me and said she would do everything to make it happen! She did. She was in contact asking what was wanted and needed and was able to get my home off of the market before an offer review date, at appraising price, and with around $30k in repairs. This is absolutely unheard of in this market! We ran into some delays due to waiting on the city for permits, but otherwise she did everything in her power to improvise, adapt and overcome whatever came our way! My first home I did the first time buyers program with nothing down and higher interest rate and PMI. Now I was able to pay 20% down, and closing costs in cash. After all this I had money left over to be able to renovate the outside of the new house. In my life, I?ve never been on this side of the spectrum. Someone who could afford to do something ?fun? to their home. Just because they wanted to. I can?t explain the level of happiness i feel. This time I was able to do to my house what I wanted and not what I needed. It feels great. Lani. I don?t know how you do what you do, but thank you for being my forever agent. You are a true blessing. You have made my dreams come true. I know our next endeavor together will be even better! I can?t wait. Thank you! And to whoever reads this. ZillowVERIFIED So we decided last minute (end of March) that we want to buy. Our lease is up May 31st. We are first time home buyers. I didn?t know where to start and what to do. So I got a recommendation and contacted lani. We got pre approved for a loan. Not very much because only one income. Anyways we sat down told her what we were looking for and the search began pretty much that day I feel like. With our loan and our time frame we could pretty much only look at manufactured homes. Which whatever a home is a Home. I started freaking out because I didn?t think we would find anything. Lani called me a lot and texted me a lot to calm me down and to tell me it will be ok an dthat we will find soemthing. She?s got us is what she kept telling us. So even though I was still freaking out I tried to calm down and let her do her job. We finally found a house and our offer was accepted a few days before closing. I thought omg we did it. But with manufactured homes there?s a lot of dos and donts so it wasn?t easy. We got good news then bad then good then bad. It was a rollercoaster. But lani and her team were doing everything they could and so did Karla and the Legas team which are the lenders we went with. In the end the listing agent of that house didn?t do everything the right way so the fisher and Legas team had to work their butts off to get it all fixed and taken care of. We are still trying to close it?s just taking a little longer but we will be closing here real soon. We do get to move in before our closing day which is amazing because otherwise we would have to wait and get a hotel. What I am trying to say is lani will get you the home you want no matter what obstacles are ahead she will do it she will get you through it. Fisher team is one amazing hard working team and I am so thankful and blessed I chose them. Anyone who is looking to buy or sell I can only recommend them. You won?t regret it. Thank you all so much

ZillowVERIFIED We met Lani Fisher just over 3 years ago when we were looking for our first house. We had been renting for a while and we were ready to buy a home. Just by happenstance we met Lani at the first house we looked at. We were supposed to meet someone else but they couldn?t make it and we met Lani instead. Right away we loved her attitude, honesty and personal style. We committed right then and there to use her as our agent. Lani was extremely patient with us (we looked at a TON of houses), and, after a while, we found the perfect home. Lani kicked butt when it came to the negotiation and we ended up buying the house at $15k BELOW asking price! She told us then that we were going to have a lot of equity in a few years and, she was absolutely right! Flash forward 3 years and we were ready to find a new house! So, of course, we asked Lani to be our agent. She had now built a team (Lani Fisher Homes) and now we would be selling and buying-a whole new experience for me and my wife! Lani?s team was fantastic! Right away they recommended what we needed to do to sell-stage the house, finish any unfinished projects, etc. As soon as we were ready she brought in a TOP NOTCH photographer who took excellent photos that really showcased our home. In the meantime, she and her team took us around to home after home as we looked for our next adventure. To be honest we jumped the gun and put an offer on a house before we had one on ours. Lani, wisely, pushed the closing date out as far as she could to allow us time to sell our home. The sale of our home was going to provide the down payment needed for the new home. So, the clock was ticking! We were very apprehensive because we had fallen in love with the new home and didn?t want to lose it. Lani assured us (many times!) that she would not let us down and that we would find a seller in time to make our dream happen. Needless to say, as the weeks started slipping buy and we had yet to have an offer, we were getting VERY nervous. Along the way, Lani?s team and specifically Cassi, would provide us with updates on how everything was moving along which helped curtail our anxious mood. They were also very quick to answer any questions we had, no matter the time of day. Lani?s team held several open houses to get interest up and, after the 2nd open house we found an interested buyer! Lani and her team were excellent and communicating what needed to happen and when. She also, by the way, was able to get us all the fixes we asked for at the new house and kept the fixes we needed to do at an acceptable level! And, once again, we are stepping into equity in our new home! We are EXTREMELY happy with the Lani Fisher Homes team and would recommend them to anyone who is buying, selling or both! At first, I was a bit put off because appearance-wise shes the youngest-looking agent (vs. a more experienced-looking agent) but I guess looks are truly deceiving and Im glad I went with her in the end. As someone that didnt have a lot of time (this is everyone, right?) nor was expecting to need to sell a house at this time, I thought she made it effortless.
