Review Landon is absolutely wonderful to work with. He helped my wife and I purchase our first home (which was a great experience all around). Then, a few years later, he helped us sell that house and buy a new and better home. Throughout he was professional but personable, extremely helpful, and available any time I contacted him (which was sometimes way too early in the morning, but he never complained). He made the whole experience as stress-free as possible for my wife and I and talked us through from start to finish. We went into this without any idea of what to expect. He took the time to answer any questions we had and explained things we didn't even realize we needed to be asking. There were multiple instances where he went well above and beyond to help us, going out of his way to make everything as smooth as possible. If you're a first-time buyer or seller then he is definitely the realtor for you. He is the only person we will ever work with when buying or selling a home. Twenty years from now that will still be true.

Review Landon killed it! My wife and my self are first time home buyers and Landon walked us through the whole process. We knew nothing about buying a home and he was able to answer all our question and explain what we didnt understand. He understood what we was looking for and helped us with making the big decisions. He was honest and was always responsive. He was also flexible and timely, he was able to work with our schedule. He even offered to meet me at work on lunch break to handle some paperwork. We didnt know the process could be so easy, but Landon made that possible. He even welcomed our 5 children to tag along and was very patient as they distracted us and explored the house. He actually helped stop one from going down some stairs we were not sure about. Over all he was amazing and I would highly recommend him to anyone and already have, before closing.Thank you Landon!

Review Landon was immensely helpful throughout the entire home buying process. My wife and I were new to the game and had no idea where to start. The day we toured our first house with Landon he took the time to answer all of our questions. He sat with us and broke down all the figures, helped us crunch the numbers, and explained terms, processes, and industry lingo we did not understand going in. As we toured other properties with him he continued to get to know us and used his local knowledge of the area to find the best match for us. He was honest and always responsive. We never thought the process could be so easy, but Landon made that possible for us. His associate, Rebecca, was delightful and professional and ensured that we received email updates from start to finish once we'd put a bid in on our house. Review i would like to say that landon is by far the best realtor i have worked with personally in selling a home he is very prompt and professional and reall goes the extra mile our home sold in just 4 days we had other offers that come in but Landon wanted us to get what we deserved and advised us to be patient and what do you know we got a full price offer due to his experience if you are looking to buy or sell he is your guy i have used multiple realtors in the past but Landon exceeded expections like never before great job Landon!!!!

He was incredibly flexible with our schedules when we were still searching, and when we finally found the place for us he made the entire process simple yet informative so we knew everything about what we were getting into.Even in all my thousands of questions, some early in the morning and some late at night, he either answered them or found me an answer and always made a point to get back to me. Sometimes we spoke via text and sometimes on the phone, and having that flexibility was excellent for me because I rarely had time for full on phone conversations.When it came time to make our offer and actually buy the house, he made sure that our terms were clear and understandable, and worked as hard as possible to make sure we got the best deal we could.Overall I felt that Landon went above and beyond for us, he put us first and made sure that we'd be happy with our new home from the beginning of the process all the way through the many years we hope to be there.Thank you Landon!

Review Landon was technically not my realtor but in the same office as my realtor. Landon spent several of his weekends showing us houses while our realtor had other obligations. Landon quickly figured out what we were looking for in a new to us house. He was very patient with us even though his wife was about to give birth at any time. I would recommend Landon to anyone looking for a house. Nichole Belcher was our agent and when we contacted her she came over to our house with all the information that we needed about prices in our neighborhood etc. she walked through our house and created a to do list before listing. Mission accomplished as our house was sold on the first day! Excellent team work!!
