Review We had an amazing experience with landon. From our first meeting even though he knew we were not looking to buy right away he was patient and understanding with us. He was not pushy at all in getting us to buy and made us comfortable with looking at multiple houses and plans with him. Our build went on for a little over a year when we finally decided on a builder and landon was with us every step of the way answering any questions we had and finding answers he did not know offhand. He went to all of our walks of the new house with us or right after us to make sure nothing was missed. Overall just a great experience and i will be recommending friends and coworkers his way.

Review Landon was amazing! Professional, responsive, proactive. He went above and beyond for me and my parents. This was a house for my 80 year old parents who needed to be closer to me so I could help them because of health issues. We didn't have a house to sell, so Landon helped us navigate the buy from a builder. He helped with the inspection, the walk through, the loan signing, everything! I'd recommend him to anyone and if I ever need to go through a sell or buy of my home, he will be my first call!

Review Landon is the kind of realtor that everyone wants in a home search. He was extremely knowledgeable about the local real estate market, past trends and current analytics, and this really helped us hone in on areas and properties that were good deals and positioned to hold their value for years to come. Most realtors will just ask what you want and feed you an automated list as if it were a hand curated selection, but Landon took the time to understand how we felt about road noise, neighborhoods, commute times, and architectural styles. He was never hesitant to give his opinion or point out something we hadn't noticed, and this helped us find and lock in the home of our dreams at the very best price. Landon was deft at the negotiating table with the sellers, and highly communicative when coordinating all the admin that goes into buying a home. We were very happy to use his contractor, insurance, and title company referrals, all of whom were top notch, fairly priced and service driven. We did our homework and got competitive quotes against all of them, but they each gave us the best deal from the start. If you've found Landon, consider yourself lucky. He goes above and beyond and is a super personable to work with. One of the best agent experiences we've ever had.

Review My wife and I were window shopping for houses from out of state. Landon personally toured potential houses and video called us so we could follow along. Review Landon went through the thick and the thin with us. He was with us when we lost our jobs in the middle of closing and was able to get us all of our money back, he was constantly sending updates for houses that fit our budget and style. He fought for us during closing, and made sure to get us the best deal possible. We were first time home buyers and helped us navigate CHAFA. And lastly he even came and helped us move on moving day and helped repair drywall that was damaged due to a unseen leak. Couldn't recommend Landon enough.

He actually got us into the showing a day early and worked with the sellers realtor to negotiate the price and that helped us to get to where we wanted to be. He also helped to get items on the inspection list taken care of as well. He took initiative in contacting the agent as we were deciding if we wanted to counter their offer which in turn was beneficial for us.

Review Met Landon Bellum, by chance, one night looking at neighborhood. Asked for his business card and he immediately jumped into action and showed us the condo without question. On a chance meeting!! Landons friendliness, knowledge and outgoing nature immediately won us over. We started looking at other properties with him and shortly thereafter found our first home. Landons willingness to share his knowledge made the entire process incredibly smooth.
