Zillow
ReviewI can't recommend Lacy enough. We had tried to sell our place through another realtor who we had used 20 years ago when we first bought our place. He listed it for over 2 years, with very little traction and we became very discouraged and pulled it off the market. We moved out of state and we really needed to sell our property. So I listed it on Craigslist, with rotten luck and so many unwanted calls I can't even explain, but the shining moment came when Lacy called and said, "I can sell it for you." To which I replied, "Good luck!" The difference between her and the other realtor became apparent from the very beginning. She had confidence, she had knowledge and she did a LOT of work to get everything ready. Within a few weeks we had offers coming in! And she was a fierce negotiator! We had so many offers and she provided excellent guidance and support. We got the price we wanted and we can't say enough great things about her. She is honest, she is hard working, she is respectful and she busts her butt to get the job done. We liked her so much we referred her to our family and she helped out them as well!! Thanks Lacy! You are a fantastic real estate agent!
