She is always ready to take your calls and texts, and if she isn't there then she'll get back to you within five minutes. She works extremely quickly and communicates every part of the process. Heck, she even texted me about things I needed to be aware of while she was at a dental appointment - from the dentist's chair! If you work with Lacie, you will have a good experience with a personable and dedicated agent who looks out for your best interest. She is friendly and gets to know people very well - even buying a set of shark-themed bedding for my son (I couldn't stop laughing, but it was awesome!).
