Lacey was great. She is one of the best realtors that I have worked with. It is always a challenge to sell a home when you no longer live close by, but she was very helpful in managing contractors as the home was prepared to sell. She knows the market very well and set reasonable exceptions of the sale price up front-up and delivered a sale quickly. She always assured the home showed very well and followed up with me timely with feedback after showings. I can highly recommend Lacey for anyone considering a transaction in the Albany area.
