ZillowVERIFIEDLacey was great. She is one of the best realtors that I have worked with. It is always a challenge to sell a home when you no longer live close by, but she was very helpful in managing contractors as the home was prepared to sell. She knows the market very well and set reasonable exceptions of the sale price up front-up and delivered a sale quickly. She always assured the home showed very well and followed up with me timely with feedback after showings. I can highly recommend Lacey for anyone considering a transaction in the Albany area.

ZillowVERIFIED Lacey navigated the most stressful buying process with ease and kept me in the loop with any and everything that was going on. She took the time to break down terminology and explain to me things that I didn't fully understand which I know took a lot of patience. The next time I'm in the market, she'll be the first person I call.

ZillowVERIFIED Lacey is everything I wanted in a real estate agent. Her local knowledge led me to some incredible rental properties. I never wondered what stage we were at in the buying process because she always kept my updated. She negotiated for us and fought for us every step of the way to make sure we were getting the best deal possible. She celebrated our wins with us. There is no one I would rather use for all our future buys.

ZillowVERIFIED Lacey was very professional and available from beginning the home search to closing. Laceys knowledge of the area and understanding of our needs helped us to make the best decision for our family, in fact, we purchased the very first home Lacey showed us.

ZillowVERIFIED Lacey was absolutely wonderful to work with when she sold our home. She had a great eye for what would help sell the house. She was extremely knowledgeable about the value of our home and the market that the house was in. She was very easy to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend Lacey as a realtor. We couldn't be more pleased with our interaction with her.

ZillowVERIFIED I first met Lacey when selling a home we had bought from a family member. This was my first true real estate experience and she made it easy. A couple of years later she helped us with the purchase of land and then the purchase of a house. Fast forward to me being a single mom selling a house. Lacey gave me suggestions to help sell the house faster. She then worked with me to find my dream home and I couldn't be any happier! Through this process I don't consider her to be just a realtor, but a friend.

ZillowVERIFIED Lacey helped us out with upgrade ideas and colors to use in which to sell the house. The house sold in a short amount of time and we were able to get a great selling price. Lacey also helped us on the buying side. we found the house we were looking for and all was done very quickly, with no problems and a very good price.

ZillowVERIFIED Super attentive, patient, and helpful! More like a friend than a realtor. She worked closely with the mortgage banker to make sure we closed on time. Offered advice when we asked for it but was never pushy with it. HIGHLY recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED We purchased a foreclosed home and bumped into may problems along the way. Lacey was able to guide us through them all! She was incredibly responsive to our requests and inquires and was able to handle, with ease I may add, all of the frustrations that we encountered along the way. The house that we ended up purchasing was not even on our radar, but Lacey suggested that we take a look at it, and I'm so happy we did because it ended up being our first home. I could continue to rave about Lacey, but suffice it to say that you will be doing yourself a favor by hiring her.
