For all parties, this is a crucial aspect of real estate brokering to ensure that the purchase is as smooth as it possibly can be. A little bit about Lacey. She grew up in the Hilltop Tacoma area and has lived in a variety of the surrounding Pierce County area for over 30 years. Growing up, her family lived in less than ideal conditions and the family would drive around the area to "day dream" of one day living in a beautiful home that could be called theirs. She started working at the age of 15 in a local grocery store and then moved on at the young age of 19 to spend working for 8 years in an in-store bank. She advanced from banker to assistant to co manager. She decided at that time to leave and pursue the insurance industry. She spent 4 years working with an agent, offering protection services. This ranged from homeowner's insurance, automobile insurance and all the way to life insurance. After a few years and 3 kids later, Lacey was called to real estate by a family member. She had thought about it a few times while working in the banking industry, however, there was a market crash in 2008 that quickly changed that thought process. After careful consideration, Lacey decided that she would enact on her dream from many years ago in her youth and decide to venture into the world that she is in now. Knowing the market, fighting for clients, being not afraid of negotiations and adhering to a strong code of ethics are just a few reasons that you should work with Lacey.
