Due to over crowding and money hunger developers that are taking the land. River system that is dying. We decided to relocate. Reached out to Dylan regarding a house we saw on Zillow while my husband was in the area checking it out to see if it was right for us. Was able to meet in person and explain what we were looking for. Found another home that we really liked. The Musics went for us to the property and did a video showing for us. Explained the area and we fell in love with the home. They were extremely diligent and got our bid in quickly which was accepted. Assisted us with setup of the inspections and closing which went perfectly. We are now in the process of selling our current home and making our final move to our new home and exciting new life. ZillowVERIFIED My first instructions to Kristen were to show me how good she was, and surprise me she told me it wasn't much to go on I told her I'd make it easy for her if the first thing she thought of when she looked at a house was it was a good price and the second thing she thought of it had good possibilities and the third thing she thought of she'd buy the house I wanted to see it. The house I picked was the house she told me I would like because it did work but I have to admit she never gave up when she decided that that's what the house I wanted she did everything in her power to make it mine and she did yes I would use her again and again and again Christine's one of the people with you turn loose she'll surprise you and more than that she impressed me so yes I would use her again almost used her this week..

Even when a previous home sale fell through because of an inspection issue in 2019, Kymerlee continued to reach out to address our real estate needs. When we were recently able to find the "perfect" home for our family needs, Kymerlee was responsive in getting back to us so that we did not miss out on putting in a backup offer on a home that had already received an offer within four hours of listing.
