We started looking in January, and Kyle contacted us after we made an inquiry on one home. Although we didnt make an offer, Kyle continued to assist us through a very challenging market for home buyers, especially in our area. He showed us seven or eight homes, and we made offers on two of them, missing out the first one, but much more pleased with the second one, on which we were successful (offer accepted in mid-April; closed in mid-May). Kyle was great to work with - extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and very patient with our demanding requirements. He did a great job in getting information for us and answering our questions. We would definitely be happy to work with Kyle again and recommend him to others looking to buy or sell a home.

We are worried about the pandemic but we need to get the house as soon as possible. I contacted Kyle and he was very responsive, knowledgeable and understanding our needs. We relocated to work in Virginia and want to get the house that not too far from our work location. Kyle has been very helpful and showed us the house. Kyle is very professional but also very caring about his clients. ZillowVERIFIED I have always had the assumption real estate agents now a days just take some good photos and slap your listing online; no ?real? work involved. We listed with another well known agency prior to going with the Sanford team. After approximately 6 months with this other agent and no luck my friend, Kyle Taylor (Sanford agent), got me to sit down with him and go over our listing. Kyle showed me a ridiculous amount of marketing lapses, some of which I didn?t even know were a thing. After this meeting we decided to give the Sanford team a shot. It took Kyle and his team only four days to sell our house!! On top of the very quick sale the process after was very smooth. My only regret was not going with Kyle and the Sanford team at an earlier time!
