And as a person who needed to move out to different state more than 2000miles away, everything seemed impossible to sell the house at a reasonable price, and also it was a headache to maintain the house while I was so far away. But, we worked with Kyle who was responsible, honest and kind, he had worked so hard that literally what we had to do was just say okay to hime. He maintained our house for 2months, even mowed and watered the lawn, gave us updates in timely manner and responded promptly. At the end, when buyers and we had some price discordance, he intervened actively and finally made a good agreement.
