Working with Ksenia was an absolute pleasure. She is knowledgeable, communicates well and is very pleasant. She managed to deal with a developer's agent who was not responsive and was disrespectful, without losing her cool or being disrespectful back to him. I have worked with many real estate agents over the years, and will gladly work with Ksenia again if I have the opportunity.
