RE/MAX Fine Properties

Getting the opportunity to work with Ksenia "K" was a wonderful experience she is very knowledgeable , driven and industrious, speaking from personal experience if there is a arduous task at hand "K" is your realtor.

We were very lucky to contract with Ksenia who is a very dedicated Realtor. We needed to sell our home after moving out of state. She was honest with us up front related to the pricing of the home in a difficult market. This resulted in more showings. For the maintenance needed on the property she provided reliable and quality contractors who charged reasonable rates for their services. I highly recommend Ksenia to anyone wishing to sell their home.

Buying a house can be rough, but Ksenia will always go the extra mile to make the process as easy as possible.

Working with Ksenia was an absolute pleasure. She is knowledgeable, communicates well and is very pleasant. She managed to deal with a developer's agent who was not responsive and was disrespectful, without losing her cool or being disrespectful back to him. I have worked with many real estate agents over the years, and will gladly work with Ksenia again if I have the opportunity.

Ksenia was truly exceptional and went above and beyond for us every step of the way. From our very first conversation, she was professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She listened carefully to what we wanted, offered honest guidance, and advocated for us as if we were her own family. What stood out most was how proactive and responsive she was...no question was too small, and she always made time for us. She anticipated challenges before they came up, handled every detail with care, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Thanks to Ksenia, we not only found the perfect home, but we also felt completely supported throughout the journey. We are so grateful for her dedication, positivity, and expertise. If you're looking for a realtor who genuinely cares and will go the extra mile, Ksenia is the one. Five stars aren't enough!
