Elder Life, a company that specializes in bridge loans that cover expenses until the house is sold, recommended Jef Conklin as the realtor of choice. I'm glad they did! He is personal, professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Jef evaluated the mobile home, garage, land and helped arrange for new roofing, septic pumping and other work. He explained the fact of different codes and inspections that have to be followed when updating or selling mobiles. His contractors are excellent! Jobs were finished quickly and cleanly. Excellent! I highly recommend Jef Conklin and his crew to anyone needing to sell or buy real estate. His advice and work netted my mom about 50k more than expected had I done it myself.
