We met Julie at an open house, and even though we didnt go for the one we visited, Julies kindness impacted me so much that me and my wife asked if she could be our realtor as we searched for a house. After 5 years of looking for a house on and off, we had never met a realtor that was as patient, informative, and warm as her. Me and my wife are 20-somethings first-time homebuyers and we literally went into the process completely blind with nothing but enough for a down payment and hope. From when we put in that first offer to when we finally found the aEURoeoneaEUR?, Julie was ready to answer any questions and help us out. Julie made the process very clear from the start, and for each step, we were not only told WHAT we were doing, but WHY as well. We got a chance to read up and do our research. One of my biggest fears about being a house was feeling aEURoerushed throughaEUR? into a big decision. But we got space and time to make our decisions at our own pace with honest consideration of deadlines for things like paperwork. This was huge for me and my family, I was completely unfamiliar with the process before this, and I wanted to work with someone who would match our energy, but still be honest and realistic with us about what was/wasnt possible. Through this entire process Julie was on top of everything, questions, recommendations, etc. She always kept us posted and would try to get us an answer for every question she could, but was honest for things that we were under another umbrella. She made sure we had good contact with everyone involved, so me and my family could always double or triple check on our questions. It was amazing, and I cant overstate how much I appreciate the effort to keep us well informed while giving us the independence to make our decisions. But I guess the big part here is COMMUNICATION. Julie was extremely communicative, and despite what I'm sure was a busy schedule, she went above and beyond to be available at any time for our family. If we ever had a call that was missed, we could be sure wed have a call back within 24 hours. I'm a teacher and I'm sure I pelted her with more questions than my students do to me, but Julie made what I thought would be a terrifying, stressful process, into an easy, understandable, and digestible process that we could handle, even with a job that takes up most of my time. Me and my wife closed on our wonderful home on January 14th. And even after closing, we kept up with Julie! She was the dream realtor for us, and I highly recommend her to ANYONE looking to purchase a home, especially us first time homebuyers!

As a first-time homebuyer, it was not easy to understand the procedure or even some of the vocabulary used during the due diligence period and closing. Julie is not only knowledgeable but passionate about her profession and field and has a way of informing an anxious buyer of the ins and outs so that becoming a homeowner turns out to be a manageable task. I recommend her with full confidence. You need a realtor like her who would not only help you find a home but will help you buy one without hidden challenges and unexpected surprises.
