I initially assumed all the praise she was receiving was due to the fact that our seller's agent was sisters with Kriston and they worked in the same office together. Then I began doing my own research and everything I read pointed to one decision: work with her. We were not disappointed. Kriston stuck by our sides when our initial purchase plans changed from one end of the spectrum to the other over the course of nearly a year. She was even out showing us houses when she was days away from delivering her first child! Kriston is exactly what an agent should be: friendly, helpful, and willing to work hard to help you find a home while giving honest suggestions and feedback. ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I were highly impressed with Kriston's knowledge of Real Estate, especially materials used in outer construction, water pipes, heating, flooring etc, and how to change those items to meet our needs health-wise. She was very sensitive in showing us homes that would meet our criteria, not only in construction but also in areas that were conducive to my health requirements, and never wasted our time with homes that would not be acceptable to my doctors. Her knowledge of the Greensboro and surrounding areas in which we were looking at that time was very impressive. She provided excellent customer service online, in person, and over the phone as we live far from the Greensboro area. Due to situations beyond our control we ended up not being able to live in that city and so we never got as far as negotiating a home [I put a 5* in that category because I did not see a N/A option], however Kriston would be the first person we would contact should we ever be able to live around that area in the future. I have kept her contact information should that situation ever arise. We had a very positive experience while working with her and were continuously impressed with her knowledge and responsiveness.

ZillowVERIFIED Kriston went above and beyond our expectations! I was pregnant during our move, and my husband and I were looking to down grade. I would think these would be two huge obstacles to a realtor; however, Kriston not only made us comfortable, she made us excited over every part. When we first started the process, we were a little unsure about placing our home on the market since we built it and had only lived there two years. Kriston provided a very well written and detailed report that explained what we were looking at as far as pricing our home to sell. She took amazing photos of our home, created a video tour, and had a great description on listing book within days of our decision to sale. Kriston scheduled open houses at our convenience, followed up after every showing, and continually promoted our home in various ways. Needless to say, our home sold in a month and a half!!!! What's even more is that it sold very close to our asking price! Kriston took time to listen to what we were looking for in a new home and made that process as wonderful and exciting as the sale of our home was. She was very flexible with our schedules and available to talk through any questions at any time. She was always accessible to us and took care of every single aspect of buying a home. We had some very specific 'must haves' on our list and Kriston helped us find our forever home! She refused to let us pay too much on a house and also kept us from settling on different houses. I believe our list was pretty simple but the tough part was it needed to be our forever home. Kriston showed us lots of homes, gave us all the information we needed on each one and was understanding when one or both of us said, "next." A house came on the market that we knew we wanted to see. Kriston knew because of the type of house and location it wouldn't last long. The day we saw the house we put in an offer.
