ZillowVERIFIED Micaela guided us through every step. Micaelas expertise helped us feel comfortable. We really had no idea what we were getting into or what steps we needed to take. Micaela was very clear about each step in the process. But what really was amazing, was her responsiveness! First thing in the morning or late at night, she was there. And even if we were requesting something crazy, she was there for us. Thank you Micaela!

ZillowVERIFIED Micaela was an absolute pleasure to work with! Micaela took all the ever-changing conditions due to covid-19 in stride and never let it effect her helpfulness and attitude. I cannot imagine anyone better to work with during these tumultuous times. All of the ladies at 360 Realty are incredible! We will continue to recommend them highly.

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend Micaela. She was a joy to work with and we got the process done quick. Being from out of state she made sure I saw all the listings I was interested in and didn?t waste time seeing homes that did not fit my criteria. This was my first time to buy a home by myself and she helped ease my fears. She is a great asset to her company!

ZillowVERIFIED We met Micaela just as the Covid-19 virus was beginning to effect our way of living. Through this very difficult time, she patiently listened to our wishes, showed us homes that we had an interest in (until she herself was quarantined due to exposure to the virus). Even after her quarantine, Micaela found ways for us to see homes until we found just the place we were looking for. We especially appreciated her prompt replies to any questions or requests that we had. It was a difficult time to be looking for a new home, but Micaela was there for us at every turn.

ZillowVERIFIED Micaela was great from beginning to end. She really helped me being a first time buyer with all fine details I needed to consider. What could of been a rough experience, ended up being very easy and enjoyable, as buying a home ultimately should be. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend her to friends and family if they were moving within her territory, and will plan to use her on future buying and selling in the area.

ZillowVERIFIED We could not be happier with our experience with Micaela in the purchase of our new home. She listened to us and understood what we were looking for in a house, and continually searched and sent us listings to consider. Shes the kind of agent you want- smart and able to multi task and stay on top of everything. We were looking in a very challenging market and price point, and Micaela worked quickly with a good strategy to ensure our offer would be considered. Micaela is also easy to talk to and was always available to answer questions. We enjoyed working with her! Highly recommended!

ZillowVERIFIED Micaela was a pleasure to work with. She takes some of the pain out of the house-buying process with her personality. She was always pleasant, and she has a laid-back personality that makes her easy to be around. She knows what shes doing, too, though she makes it look easy. She made herself available to us and answered questions quickly. She was honest with us. We were moving from 600+ miles away, and we had to buy a house fairly quickly from that far away. After spending a few days with her in person we later found her trustworthy enough to trust her opinion and have her make an offer on house for us that we had not seen in person, but only through her video tour.

ZillowVERIFIED Micaela went above and beyond to make sure things went over smoothly and swiftly. She fought for us went she felt that the sellers were being unfair about repairs and costs. Our family was very comfortable throughout this process knowing that she was taking care of everything. She did such a good job finding us a home that fit our needs that we probably will not ever move again, but if we do we most definitely would use her as our realtor. Thank you Micaela for making our family feel like your number 1 priority as if we were family.

ZillowVERIFIED Micaela made our house search and purchase so simple! She walked us through every step, made helpful suggestions when we had questions, and was always available when we needed anything. After our offer was accepted, her office had the closing appointments, tests, surveys, etc down to a science. They helped us arrange exactly what we needed done/tested/surveyed for our specific home. I would without a doubt use her and the 360 Realty office again.

ZillowVERIFIED Micaela was very helpful in our search of a home to fit our budget and requirements, we needed a large enough house for 5 people and it had to be affordable and in this market it was a long search, yet she showed us numerous properties we wanted to look at, was very knowledgeable on what would pass under USDA or FHA, and was very patient with how hesitant/and worried we were to find the right property, IF we were searching for a new home id definitely give her a call back and would recommend her to anyone searching to buy a home

ZillowVERIFIED Micaela helped me buy my first home in the High Point Area. She was considerate of my needs and wants when looking for a home, and after only a short time searching she was able to find a home under construction that checked all the boxes I was looking for. She helped make the whole experience easy and simple while taking into account my lack knowledge with home buying.

ZillowVERIFIED Micaela is a dynamic realtor that will advocate to get her clients a deal they will be happy with. I had a hard time dealing with my builder. They would not bend on any negotiable points. However, Micaela always came to the plate ready to bat. She is also very responsive and has a way at making every client feel special.
