Hi I'm Kristin! A licensed real estate specialist serving the greater Tampa area! With a degree background in Interdisciplinary Studies and a former elementary school teacher, my passion and business is built on a foundation of genuine service and help. Growing up in the Maryland area for 18 years and moving to Dallas for college, my heart belongs on the east coast - I'm proud to call Tampa, FL my home! Family rooted, I moved to Tampa to be closer to my mom, I believe in strong core family values and truly love spending time with her, she is a pillar in my life! Coming from a background of Entrepreneurship, I've been taught at an early age that hard work and dedication pay off! With my ambitious spirit, selecting Real Estate as my career was an easy decision! I'm no stranger to relocating and I would like my client's to have a seamless transition too, (I'm here for you, snowbirds!) The ever so changing market is fascinating and being a part of a timeline event for a family is rewarding and impactful! Aside from assisting my clients, I continuously am working on expanding my network. Partnerships with lenders, small businesses, Title companies, and cheering on fellow real estate peers is my niche. In my personal time I love to travel. Prior to Covid-19, I was able to spend a summer in Italy and absolutely fell in love with the history, the culture, the food, and most importantly the locals that welcomed me with open arms.
