My mother and I were in the process of making a huge move from San Diego CA to Tampa Fl since the cost of living was getting too expensive and we could never afford the single family home we had hoped to eventually settle into our there. You can never be too sure these days who you are hiring online to be your realtor but we had to take a chance and place our trust in someone who could help us in finding our forever home and we stumbled across Nicole on line and right away my mom and I could tell just in our initial conversations with Nicole how invested she was in the clients that she takes on and do we agreed to take that calculated risk and put our trust in Nicole in the hopes that she would be the one to find that perfect home for us out here. Every step of the way Nicole was available for us whether it be early in the morning or late into the evening. There was never a tome that we would not receive a response back from even if she was tied up at the moment she would promptly respond with the time that she would get back to us and she always kept her promises throughout this process. Nicoles superior knowledge of the geographical area assisted us greatly in finding the location of Riverview/Brandon area as being the ideal spot for us in terms commutability to work as well as to beaches. It became clear shortly after we began our home search that the homes in These much sought after areas were buying up quickly which could have become a huge problem for us since we noticed that every home thst was coming onto the MLS was already pending before you could even place a bid but Micole worked her magic and found us a stunning move in ready home in a lovely neighborhood as a result of her attention to our needs and her quick action. Furthermore Nicoles services did not end once we closed in this property. Because if her vast networking connections she immediately hooked us into various professionals (I.e. plumber, electrician, pool guy, security contact, handyman, etc) who Have all worked out wonderfully and assisting us with our upgrades/repairs and I just cant thank Nicole enough for all she has done for my mother and me. Nicole didnt treat us like just another client, she treated us like family through her personalized service catering to our every need and always listening and caring. It was the personalized service and the genuine care and concern that she had for my mom and I that I think truly sets Nicole apart from the rest and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who wants both a top notch professional as well as receiving that personalized service. She is a treasure and I'm so grateful that we found her as she made this long journey so much easier for us and believe that anyone who chooses to use her for their real estate needs will feel the same.
