I lived in my home for 20+ years - my home needed tons of work before it was ready to be sold. Kristin was great in helping me navigate all of the repair, renovation and preparation to get my home in sale-ready shape, which was critical to getting my home closed very quickly. My wife and I recently moved to Seattle and worked with Kristin to find a home after a recommendation from our mortgage broker. She was very willing to show us several houses in different neighborhoods which helped us prioritize our wish list. When we found the house, Kristin effectively advocated for us and ultimately led to us getting the house below the asking price! Kristin was very thorough throughout the escrow process and even provided advice on potential updates we could make to the property to increase equity and future resale value. Selling and purchasing a home during COVID is not an easy task or process to go through. They made the process seem like just another day in a normal life.
