Kristie Martinelli

Kristie has over 22 years of sales, marketing and social networking experience. She has
18+ years of combined experience in real estate, property management and
Mortgage. Kristie belongs to both TAN (Top Agent Network) in BOTH Marin and
Sonoma which makeup the TOP 5 % of Real Estate Agents. She is ranked in the Top 1% Nationally. Kristie is very self-motivated and focused on providing outstanding customer service. She knows that listening to her clients' needs is extremely important! Kristie is very
tech savvy and uses these skills to her advantage when listing or finding a
home for her clients. She believes in a referral-based business, and will work

Kristie was born and raised in Marin County. She attended St Isabella's and then Marin
Catholic High School and graduated from Saint Mary's College in Moraga with a
BA in Communications and a minor in Italian. Both sides of Kristie's family own
and operate local restaurants, helping her to establish and forge deep roots
and relationships in the community. She is extremely knowledgeable and has a
deep understanding of the locations within the Bay Area. She is truly
passionate about living here and thrives from helping others find their dream
homes here!



Kristie lives in Novato with her husband, a Marin County Fireman and Marin native, and
their 4 kids. Living locally, along with having school-aged children and being
involved in their sports and schools, makes Kristie an expert when it comes to
school districts - quite possibly one of the most important factors for
families in deciding where to live.



Kristie believes that giving back to her community is an important part of her family
and work life. She is a member of the California Association of Realtors, NAR,
Women Business at work, Mompenuers & BARIES. Kristie is the founder of
Northern Marin Women's group. Additionally, she has served on the Board for the
Novato Mother's Club, specializing in Publicity. Kristie has also served on the
Board for the St. Francis Preschool. Further, she is the President of her HOA
(Brooke Ranch Association) in Novato. Kristie somehow also finds the time to
participate as a member in both the Marin Mompreneurs and Marin Mother's Group.
Kristie is a member of TAN (Top Agent Network) which gives allows her access to
off and pre market listings. Kristie loves working for Coldwell Banker, and in
