ZillowVERIFIEDKristi is awesome! She helped us purchase our first home in GA in 2015 & most recently got our home sold & purchased a new home at the same time during a pandemic! Yes, it is possible with Kristis help! As stressful as selling or buying a home can be she made it quick & painless! She is always available to show you a house that you are interested in & always has the answers to those crazy questions. (I always have the weirdest questions.) She will always tell you the honest truth & never tell you that your question is dumb, even when you think it is! lol We didnt just find any ol real estate agent, we found a life long friend! If we ever want to buy or sell again we would definitely use her time and time again. Now thats a 5 star service lady!

ZillowVERIFIED An opportunity to purchase an investment property presented itselfSaid property was being shown very heavily, and myself not having a realtor was referred to Kristi. This delightful lady had be on the property in a matter of hours. An offer was made , accepted and closed the deal in a matter of days. This would not have been possible without her professional guidance and Linda (her associate) help.

ZillowVERIFIED Kristi Navarre has done a wonderful job as our realtor. She sold two homes for us within six weeks. Kristi first came to us with a summary of our comparable homes in the area in which she assisted us on deciding on a suitable price that would sell the properties. All problems that arose were solved immediately and our phone calls were promptly answered. We have used Kristi two times before and highly recommend Kristi Navarre as your realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED I found Kristi through the Dave Ramsey ELP program. From our very first contact, she was knowledgeable, confident, and responsibly responsive -- she neither blew smoke or posed just for show. What she promises, she delivers; honesty, hard purposeful attention to your needs and the reality of the situation, advice where needed and a steady hand throughout the process. Kristi proved to be a Godsend to me. It was simply astounding how quickly offers, a contract and sale were accomplished. 5 stars & my unreserved, unqualified recommendation of Kristi to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Kristi was responsive and patient with us as we looked for and purchased our first home. She listened to what we wanted and was always willing to answer any questions we had. She knows the area well and could advise us about any concerns regarding safety of the area, re-sale and "holding" value, location, etc. She was never pushy, and allowed us time and space to make final decisions, but offered helpful advice to inform those decisions. She is honest and always had our best interests in mind as we conducted our search. An excellent realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED Kristi was recommended to me by a friend and upon first meeting, I could tell she was knowledgeable and had my best interest in mind. Kristi listens to your needs and helps you stay in budget and gives you tons of information to navigate the entire process. Being a first-time home buyer is scary but she helped me feel confident and she found my absolute dream home. She works with an amazing team and she works tirelessly to make every one of her clients feel they are being taken care of. There are truly no words other than Kristi is a dream come true and you will be in capable hands. She is a true professional and without my parents being in town to help me, she made me feel like one of her own children. That's how attentive and caring she is! I miss her already and I will recommend her to anyone in the area.

ZillowVERIFIED I'm a very satisfied customer. I would recommend Kristi to any buyer out there looking for a great agent to work with. Kristi is extremely knowledgeable, very personable and very responsive. Kristi is worth her weight in gold when it comes to experience and advice. I was having a rough time with my bank dragging their feet getting us to closing. If it had not been for Kristi's due diligence and experience I would have probably lost the house I was closing on. She definitely went well above and beyond what most realtors would have done. I would also recommend that you listen to the advice she is offering. It definitely would have made the whole experience a lot easier and a lot more pleasurable.

ZillowVERIFIED Kristi worked at length to show homes that met specifics of what we were looking for. She did not mind contacting POAs and other organizations to find out detailed questions we had. She also brought up concerns we should consider that we would not have noticed without her help.

ZillowVERIFIED Kristi Navarre was excellent! She was very patient with us from the very beginning. Her knowledge of the local market was phenomenal. She had a buyer in mind when we first listed with her. She put the buyer with our home on the first day of listing and we were able to get an offer immediately. We were able to get the contract and closed very quickly. We could not have had a better experience. She is the realtor that you dream about. Perfect! Kristi was also able to recommend, and facilitate needed repairs on the property. She was able to do this quickly and inexpensively. We could not have chosen a better realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED I was looking for my first home and had put some feelers out to some realtors. Kristi was the first one to get back with me and from the start was ready to work with me. She asked a lot of questions about what I was looking for and what I wanted in a house. She was very knowledgeable about the area as well as the process for buying a home. Since this was my first house she helped me out a lot figuring out things. She also is really easy to talk to and quick to get back to when you call or send her an e-mail. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a house in the Carroll county area.

Local agent with years of experience, really dedicated to her buyers and makes the whole process so easy. She found the perfect home in our budget and was with us every step of the buying process. I have recommended her to several friends who have all used her as well and had great experiences.

ZillowVERIFIED I was new to the area and the State and only knew 6 people here locally. I was introduced to Kristi and off we went. I must have really tried her patience for I viewed over 40 homes but she stuck right there with me. I was recently divorced, and buying my first home on my "own" so I was really not sure of what I needed. We finally found one and Kristi stayed right with me through the entire process, which is a lot different than in the State I came from. After the sale, she did not "drop me like a hot potato" over the years she has kept in contact with me via the social net. Now that is what I call service..Hard to find these days...I highly recomend Ms. Navarre to anyone...

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I met Kristi while looking to purchase our first home. We were on a tight budget with alot of requirements. She stuck by our sides for over a year looking for the perfect home. When we found the one she quickly negotiated the terms and answered all our questions and guided us along the way. She will promptly return calls, email or texts and does not leave you hanging wondering what is going on. I do not think we would have our perfect home without her. Thank you for all you do Kristi!!
