Now that we are on the other side of selling our house, it's not a question any more - Team Rice's team-based approach is exactly how real estate should be done. Period. I knew Team Rice had name recognition, but had no idea how well run a home sale could be, until we had the good fortune to work with them on the sale of our home. We had our first meeting with Team Rice on December 29, 2019. By March 2, 2020, we had held an Open House and had an offer, that ended up in a closing by April 1, 2020. It took only four months from "let's consider moving" to closing on our home! Each team members specific expertise, combined with the entire team's availability and support made this experience exceptional!

ZillowVERIFIED We were looking to sell our mother's home, while living two hours away, and needed an agency we could trust. After interviewing several Real Estate Agencies, we settled on Team Rice for the following reasons on which they delivered. They provided a true team approach with a professional and personable manner. We worked mostly with Adam and Ellie but also Kristen. Someone was always available to answer our endless questions by phone, email, or text. Team Rice kept us abreast of the many necessary details we needed to complete and or have notarized. Their extensive use of social media reached a wide range of buyers and as predicted welcomed many interested buyers (100 people) to the Open House. This was the result of a successful, organized plan that started with assisting us in preparing the home, connecting us with websites for all our needs (cleaning, moving, donating, certificates, etc.), tirelessly doing the leg work and using technology to communicate with us rather than making us do the 2 hour drive, being available to supervise work at the home in our absence, and the continuous marketing of the property. We were extremely satisfied with the advice we requested of Adam and Ellie in accessing the many offers we received. The spreadsheets they compiled made it easier to view and compare the offers. We were always respected as the buyers and reminded that the agents worked for us. It was a valued and pleasant experience. Adam and Ellie were always informing us of changes in the process due to the disruptions brought on the by COVID-19 pandemic. They were both understanding of our anxieties and reduced them with kind, constant, and accurate communication. This partnership was completely satisfying, successful, and empowering. I would recommend Team Rice to anyone who wants a truly positive experience selling their home.

ZillowVERIFIED Team Rice was amazing! My husband and I sold both of our condos and bought our house with their help and we couldn't have done it without them! Ellie and Adam walked us through the process, set up our open houses, explained the scheduled, answered our millions of questions and kept us calm and confident through the whole thing! In the end we ended up with our wonderful new home and we have Team Rice to thank for it :) They were amazing and I have nothing but wonderful things to say!!
