Acting as the executor of my late aunt's estate has been an incredibly stressful experience, but working with Ellie to sell her home ended up being the easiest and most manageable part of the entire process. Since I live 45 minutes away from the property, Ellies constant availability and willingness to handle everything on-site, from staging to daily logistics, meant I never had to worry about the distance or being there in person. Prior to bringing Ellie on, I had worked with another agent who pushed me to set the listing price well below market value in order to secure a quick sale. Ellie, on the other hand, was both patient and strategic. She understood when the most competitive offers would likely come through and how to best navigate the sale even after we discovered the septic system needed to be replaced.
