ZillowVERIFIED We cannot thank Team Rice enough for everything they have done for us through our home buying process. We worked primarily with Kristen, but when she went on her vacation the rest of the team stepped in and did not miss a beat. The teamwork and communication is like no other. Kristen made us feel comfortable from the very beginning going above and beyond. She was so flexible working with our family and work schedules and got us in to look at any house that peaked our interest right away. After looking at a house, she would always get back to us by the next day with any answers to the questions we had- as well as questions she had that we never would have thought to ask! She was really able to keep us both excited and grounded at the same time. It is such an overwhelming and exhausting process at times and it was so nice to have someone that genuinely wanted us to end up in a house that we loved and because of her, we did!
