Krisie was first and foremost attentive to what our needs were, meaning she listened. She showed us many properties that fit our desires and not once did she get frustrated or annoyed. She is a true professional, but is extremely friendly as well. Krisie's communication was excellent throughout the entire process. If we are ever in the market again, there is no doubt we will use her again. We give her the highest recommendation possible.

My husband and I rented a home in Palm Springs for a month in January with the purpose of searching for a home to purchase. I'd been looking at homes for sale online for months, but we didn't have a realtor. A realtor friend in the area suggested going to open houses, as many homes were vacation rentals and impossible to get into for showings. We took his advice and started going to open houses where we very quickly met Krisie Cook. I knew immediately, from her pleasant demeanor and humor, we would enjoy working with her. I half-jokingly told her I wanted a new home to move into when our rental was up in a month. Krisie cemented her position as our realtor though, when I relayed how there were homes on the market not holding open houses, that I really wanted to see. One in particular. Within 5 minutes of providing her the address, Krisie made an appointment to see the home the next day. It wasn't the home for us, but I was impressed with how quickly Krisie acted on our behalf. Krisie continued to work hard, and showed us every home available within our price range in the areas we'd suggested. We saw a lot of homes in a short period of time. Krisie also added an area we'd not originally been looking at, and she hit the nail on the head. We found two homes we liked, but Krisie helped us realize which home was right for us. Krisie found us the house we wanted, in an area that continues to surprise us. When it came to negotiating, Krisie got us the price we wanted, and smoothly guided the process through a successful closing. We no longer need a realtor in Palm Springs and think you'd be wise to consider Krisie Cook as your realtor. We could not be happier, and it didn't even take a month! Thank you Krisie!!
