Kyle Fox is the kind of realtor you can count on to get things done. We had a fairly frustrating, difficult deal with a bank owned home. As first time home buyers, it was even more difficult to understand the back and forth between multiple parties involved. Aside from his knowledge of the area, market trends, and dealing with bank owned properties, Kyle had a the personability that is harder to find these days. He understood our situation and made sure that the home we chose was not just a great place to raise our young children, but also a good investment in our future. There are so many traits as a realtor that convinced me to buy from and recommend him, but the most important thing I keep realizing as time goes on; he listened to us without adding his own preferences into the equation. He used his experience to be honest with us and keep our heads level as well. He made sure to tell us what he was going to accomplish and then followed through on all of it. Never over promised. But constantly over delivered. A new home equals a new life, and Kyle was a driving force in this. We will be returning to Kyle Fox for all of our real estate needs in the future, I hope anyone reading this will take that advice also.
