After graduating from James Madison University with degrees in Russian and Public Relations, Kris set up shop in Richmond and instantly fell in love with all the area had to offer. Following more than a dozen years in marketing for engineering and law firms, she decided to transition her passion for real estate into a full-time career. As someone that moves every few years because she enjoys the process of renovating and redesigning properties, Kris now focuses on helping each of her clients find the perfect home--regardless of whether they plan to stay there for a short time or forever.

Kris combines her background in marketing and client service with the latest technology in order to help buyers and sellers achieve the best outcomes possible. By marrying her communications background with a strong attention to detail, she aims to make buying or selling a home as stress-free as possible.

When not helping others achieve their real estate goals, Kris teaches group fitness classes throughout the Richmond area and spends as much time as possible with her husband, three children, and their hound dog.
