Koy Banks

Koy Banks, is the Regional Owner of Exit Realty Virginia, and Broker/Owner of Exit Landmark Realty and Exit Community Annapolis. He has been in the real estate business for 15 years and earned his Broker's license 12 years ago.
As a Broker and Franchisee, Koy is committed to providing his agents with efficient systems, leadership, training, and fostering a high-energy motivational atmosphere. The success of his agents is his success, and nothing makes him happier than to see the team succeed. Koy takes his responsibility as a Broker/leader seriously and has become one of the best trained in the business. He has completed training with some of the industry's leading REALTORS, Brokers and best known Trainers. He is equipped with the expert knowledge to guide and coach his agents in any specialty they wish to develop, and to assist his clients in all of their real estate endeavors. Additionally, he is constantly researching the latest marketing strategies and technologies available in the marketplace to ensure his agents and office remain the best in the area.
A first class education combined with years of learning in the field has served Koy well. He has sold over 500+ homes in his real estate career. Further he was awarded the Exit Realty Corp International Bronze Award for years 2009-2014, Silver Award in 2015-2019, and the Exit Sapphire Circle Award for closing 250+ transactions with Exit Realty. Additionally in 2017, Koy had the #10 ranked team in Exit, and was #42 overall in the company for GCI in 2018.
He is married to Monique Banks, Esq., and together they have two children, Langston and Kennedy. Koy is a proud member of the Omega Psi Phi, Fraternity, Inc., and in his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, watching his beloved Pittsburgh Steelers, and being active in real estate investing.
