We hit the jackpot as far as real estate professionals go when we chose Korinna and Dave DeBlanc of Maison DeBlanc Real Estate to help us find a new home. Initially Dave helped us look for a house. We talked about what we were looking for and what we could comfortably afford. Dave would research what homes were for sale that met our criteria and would email that information to us. We would select what we wanted to look at and he would have a folder of those homes prepared for us when we met with him. Our folder had information on each home and they were arranged in the order in which we would see them. Each time we went out looking, he had a new folder ready for us. He was incredibly organized! He would promptly answer any questions that we had and we were impressed on how knowledgeable he was. We found the home we ultimately bought after only a few times out. Once we found the home, Korinna took over from there. Korinna was just as awesome as Dave. Korinna was very knowledgeable and she answered all our questions quickly and always with great enthusiasm! Korinna also connected us with several of her professional partners including, but not limited to, Cross Country Mortgage, Brown & Company Home Inspections, Shauna and Taylor from EZ TCS and WFG National Title to name a few. Each and every partner provided us with exceptional customer service! As one can imagine, there is a lot of paperwork to look at and sign on a home that you are going to buy. Most of it is very confusing and hard to understand. Korinna went over the paperwork with us and helped us to understand what we were signing. This was a great help to us and made us feel much more at ease. Korinna's team also provided us with a list of utilities and their contact numbers we would need for the new house. The process of buying our home was seamless and without a hitch because of Korinna and Dave and their team. Korinna and Dave are second to none when it comes to outstanding customer service. We recently utilized Korinna's services to sell our home in Peoria, AZ. Korinna and her team really go above and beyond to make the home buying/selling experience seamless, and for us, it really was.
