We hit the jackpot as far as real estate professionals go when we chose Korinna and Dave DeBlanc of Maison DeBlanc Real Estate to help us find a new home. Initially Dave helped us look for a house. We talked about what we were looking for and what we could comfortably afford. Dave would research what homes were for sale that met our criteria and would email that information to us. We would select what we wanted to look at and he would have a folder of those homes prepared for us when we met with him. Our folder had information on each home and they were arranged in the order in which we would see them. Each time we went out looking, he had a new folder ready for us. He was incredibly organized!
