Graduating from Arizona State University in 1994, she surprised everyone by becoming an LPGA Golf Professional, despite never picking up a club before college. In under three years, she earned her stripes as a member of the LPGA, breaking barriers in a male-dominated sport through sheer determination and passion. In 1999, Kodi traded her golf clubs for real estate keys, embarking on a new adventure. Recognizing the importance of full-time dedication to her clients, she swiftly transitioned into a full-time real estate agent, leaving behind her golfing days. With her boundless energy and hunger for success, she quickly earned her broker's license and e-pro designation, amassing over two decades of expertise in the field. Now, as the Associate Broker/Owner of The Riddle Group Brokered by eXp Realty, Kodi leads a top-tier Real Estate Team serving the Greater Phoenix area. Alongside her husband Bill, a former professional golfer turned outdoor enthusiast, and their children, who excel in competitive club sports, Kodi lives, works, and plays in the vibrant Cave Creek community.
