ZillowVERIFIEDKitty was kind, professional, and truly on top of everything from beginning to end. I felt that she really took the time to understand what I was looking for in my first home, and she found it. Kittys experience and expertise became apparent early on as she seamlessly answered all of our questions and resolved all the inevitable hiccups that come up in the home buying process. We were so lucky to have her!

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Kitty Wallace greatly exceeded my expectations. Kitty simplified the home buying process as much as possible, she kept me informed throughout the entire process and quickly responded to any/all of my questions. She made a complicated process incredibly seamless. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a primary or secondary home. When I met her to pick up my keys I was welcomed with a basket full of goodies to celebrate in addition to a freshly cleaned home from one of her team members. I couldnt have asked for anything more. She truly loves the area that she is selling homes in. It was so refreshing and made the process of moving to a new city incredibly exciting. Go see her and Robyn at Windermere for your home buying needs!!!

ZillowVERIFIED I have bought two houses through Kitty and had her sale two houses for me. If You are looking for some one that knows the business and is professional Kitty is for you. when she says meet me at the office, you don,t sit around waiting ,she has all the paperwork ready and she is on top of everything before it is due and dose not leave things waiting. Kitty even worked with my mortgage company and title company to get closing moved up a week because she knew I was living in a camp ground in cold weather between selling my house and buying a condo. Kitty Wallace is one of a kind and I would recommend her to new buyers and previous buyers.

ZillowVERIFIED We found Kitty to be professional, timely and ready to work! She was accommodating to meet with us as our trip from the west side was not always on time and she was willing to drive up into the rural area where our property and cabin existed.

ZillowVERIFIED Kitty was referred to me by a Seattle agent that I had previously worked with. She was very attentive, and helpful throughout the full home buying process. Very quick follow up on questions, even after we had closed on the house. Her knowledge of the local market, buying process, and industry are outstanding.

ZillowVERIFIED We purchased our home from out of State, sight unseen. Kitty worked so well with our daughter and was always available to show her the property on a number of occasions. She returned our phone calls and emails immediately, answered all our questions and more. She organized carpet cleaning before we arrived and left a beautiful welcome package to greet us. Kitty is a very professional and friendly agent whom we would recommend to everyone. She made us very comfortable in continuing to ask for local information....it will be nice to keep in touch with her.

ZillowVERIFIED It is my pleasure to recommend Kitty Wallace as a top real estate agent who successfully helped my husband and I in the purchase of our dream mountain property. She is an excellent agent who works in a very professional manner. Kitty is most knowledgeable and was more than considerate to our needs. Plus, we had a fun time working together... it says a lot about an agent that we are looking forward to keeping in touch with her. I highly recommend Kitty Wallace and thank her for her hard work, dedication and guidance through the search process and negotiations. She has a wealth of first hand knowledge since she is local to the area where she works and offered us a strong sense of comfort in that regard. I wouldn't work with anyone else!

ZillowVERIFIED I have been very impressed with Ms Wallace's commitment even after the closing on my new home. She introduced me to my neighbors, gave me gift certificates to local businesses, met me whenever I needed to meet, and made the overall experience of buying a home out of town as simple as it could be. She helped me get the utilities set up, and even met the gas company a month after closing to get the propane tank filled. Wow! Way beyond the call! I'd highly recommend this real estate agent to anyone!

ZillowVERIFIED Kitty responded to an unscheduled Sunday afternoon phone call to see a property. On a whim, I drove by a listing that had caught my attention and immediately knew I wanted to see the inside. Being from out of the area, I began calling local offices to find an agent that could show the property last minute. I received an immediate call back from Kitty, and she arrived less than 30 minutes later. Kitty was great throughout the process, assisting with many aspects of an "out of town" purchaser. I would not hesitate to use Kitty again.

ZillowVERIFIED Kitty is tops in Kittitas County. We met her when she represented the Seller in a transaction that led to our successful purchase. She was outstanding for her client and exhibited absolute integrity and fairness in the transaction! Examples of her excellence: -When we toured the house muttering comments about the features, she didn't do either of the two things agents often do: agree to everything you say, buttering you up; or relentlessly and repeatedly steer you to the obvious. Kitty let us look, ponder and evaluate, and answered our questions with facts and useful insight. She sold by being an accurate resource. -A number of tricky and complex issues arose in the title process. She quickly gathered the right resources to work each issue, hearing out our concerns and addressing them. Another agent might have minimized the issues as minor and hustled the transaction along. Kitty understood that a house deal has to be done correctly, not hastily. I appreciate her approach that it is critical to be right and take the time to get there. She gets the big picture AND masters the details - a rare talent indeed. -Her good efforts for her client didn't end with the paper closing. Kitty helped the Seller make their move, and made sure we were moved in successfully. This went to her cleaning up the house herself when the cleaning person ran into an emergency. She had the deal done -- but she wanted to make sure that everything went right for both Seller and Buyer at every step of the deal. In short, she's the pro from Dover when it comes to Kittitas real estate. She actually made the buying process a pleasure -- not a horrible experience to be quickly forgotten. I unconditionally endorse her.

ZillowVERIFIED We have been dealing with Kitty for 5 years. Our property was unique and there were no comps. With the market in the doldrums, especially in our area, she kept working on it until we sold this year. She was most helpful, not only in the real estate market, but also with some of the problems we had. ie: wildfires. She was always able to direct us to an agency that would be helpful. Kitty is extremely bright and has a wondeful personality. My wife and I came to think of her as a personal friend. She was always working for us. I really can't find enough kind words to say about her. We would recommend her to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I enjoyed working with Kitty!! Our mortgage officer was extremely difficult and did not provide us with any help though out the loan and being 1st time home buyers we had lots of questions that she was not able to answer. But thank goodness we had Kitty she was able to help us with our questions and even confronted our mortgage officer for us to ensure that we got into the property when we were told we would. Kitty was amazing she still continues to keep in touch and even brought us a pie for thanksgiving which was a few moths after we bought the house. If we decide to ever buy another property we will be going to her again.

ZillowVERIFIED I have worked with Kitty on two occasions and have to say she was above and beyond on both. Kitty helped me with both the sale of my house and our new vacation home purchase. She was friendly and funny but most importantly honest and upfront, which has not always been my experience with realtors. I have and I do recommend Kitty Wallace and Windermere on any sale or purchase. Lisa

ZillowVERIFIED We have been working with Kitty for about two months. I am a real estate professional on the "other side of the mountains" and my husband is in construction. She has been able to answer any question we have rather it be about water, zoning, location, or rattlesnakes! She has a vast knowledge of the area and is quick to let us know of a new listing that might work for us. In turn she is very gracious when we tell her it is not the right one and we have to keep looking.

ZillowVERIFIED We were very pleased with our experience with Kitty Wallace, super-agent! She worked hard for us, showing many homes, taking calls and responding very quickly. She was very knowledgeable of the Kittitas county and had insights that we may not have been exposed to without her assistance. We purchased a home in Cle Elum within the city limits, we were actually going to purchase a home in the woods. While working with Kitty, we learned about more than purchasing a house, we learned about "living in a home" that we could be happy with for years to come. Thank you, Miss Kitty.

ZillowVERIFIED I found Kitty Wallace by researching on-line for real estate in the Cle Elum area. (Not the best way to find someone to represent you!) Fortunately, I got very lucky. Kitty gave up her Super Bowl Sunday to work with me on short notice. The first time we met, she literally spent hours with me, showing a wide variety of properties and listings. Kitty is extremely responsive, and she cares a lot about listening to her clients to figure out what they are looking for.

ZillowVERIFIED Kitty was and is an example of what an agent should be for selling a house ! that is loved and appreciated by its owner. My friends and neighbors were so "worried" that someone who did not care about the neighborhood would come in and just tear down and rebuild...instead she found someone who truly fits in and loves the home I spent such loving care and concern over. So grateful for her encouraging me to be patient in the long process. June Estelle Cash
