I have purchased 2 properties and sold 2 properties through Kitty Ballard. If you are looking for someone who will offer you more then just listing your home or property and brings a wealth of experience and market knowledge to the table, then Kitty Ballard is your agent. You will get the facts and a real estimate of what your property is worth regardless of how poor or good the market is doing. My recent transaction was a little more complicated then your normal selling of a home. This was an estate sale because my mom just passed away and I was the executor of the estate. This changes many things from a normal sale. I am the oldest of 8 children and she had to deal with the tribe and all that goes with the complications of my family. Kitty guided me through the mine field of subcontractors and some of the legal documents required by the attorney and accountant and made sure we listed for the right price in order to attract the greatest number of buyers. The property was in a great location but it was a little odd and Kitty did her magic to overcome the downside of the property and we received 50k over asking. After the sale Kitty did a lot of the little things to ensure the sales went smoothly evidenced by meeting the appraiser to ensure he was able to access the home and he knew what was upgraded and new in the home so he would do a proper appraisal. Stopping by and watering the plants and that all the keys were turned in and accounted for. Additionally, she ensured all parties signed the documents that were emailed to them and that everything was in order. She must work 80 a week for her clients. Anyway Kitty is the best and really knows the market she has worked in for the last 21 years. In short if you want someone who knows the market, will get you top dollar and ensure everything closes on time, then Kitty is your agent. Believe me you will sleep well with Kitty as your agent.
