Travel is one of my passions, especially where I can incorporate my love for animals--I've been on safari in Africa three times, and climbed a volcano to hang out with mountain gorillas! I'm also a foodie but balance that with Pilates, and an architecture and design nut---have to keep on top of trends for my clients!

FAMILY

I've basically convinced all my siblings to move to Atlanta from California, where we're from. My kids are furry--two rescue cats and a Golden Retriever!

A couple of months ago, I sold my brothers home, and I cant stop raving about the incredible job Kirsten did in helping me prepare it for listing. After a series of disappointing experiences with contractors and realtors, I was overwhelmed and unsure if I wanted to continue with the project. Then, a friend recommended Kirsten, and she immediately got me back on track. She helped me find a new contractor and proved to be incredibly resourceful, providing everything from design advice to vendor recommendations. Kirsten consistently goes above and beyond, exceeding all expectations. Not only is she exceptional at her craft, but she is also patient and kind, which was exactly what I needed at the time. This project was a labor of love, as the house held sentimental value because it belonged to my brother. Kirsten dedicated her time and effort to ensure I was confident and happy with the final product, which was listed and under contract in less than five days! We closed shortly after that. Working with Kirsten to sell our home was a pleasure! We were very impressed with her services. If youre looking for someone who does their research and gives you expert advice to get you where you want, then Kirsten is your person. However, if youre looking for someone who will go along with whatever you say, then she is not the one. Kirsten has the experience and knowledge to tell you what you need without being pushy if you dont want to go that route. She is professional and works with your schedule. We were chatting with her throughout the day and even had some late nights just because it worked better for our schedule. I loved that she was hands on and that we were working directly with her. She made sure we were comfortable with everything that was happening. Kirsten also has reliable people to help with repairs, cleaning, painting, and staging so you dont have to find them on your own. Our home was set up beautifully in preparation for the sell. We were happy not only with the end result but the whole process. I highly recommend Kirsten if you want to sell your home!

Kirsten went above and beyond to find us a home in this sellers' market, and she kept us on track for closing. She was extremely responsive to our wishes and knowledgeable in tailoring our home search. I've already recommended her to friends and family! I'm adding to this review - around six months after Kirsten put us in a home during the seller's market, we found ourselves needing to relocate for family and work.
