About Kirk DeSpain

Personal I have lived in Arizona all my life and grew up on a ranch where I learned the value of hard work and integrity. I graduated from ASU with a degree in Finance and Accounting and also have my MBA. I have worked in the Mortgage and Real Estate Fields for over 20 years. My family and I enjoy swimming, playing all types of sports (my favorite is Basketball), and spending time together. My other activities include working with the Boy Scouts of America, Swim Official for Basha High, Coaching Softball and Basketball for youth leagues, and many other activities. Kirk DeSpain sold our rental property for us while we lived out of state. He was willing to communicate with us via email, phone calls & text messages. He arranged for some required repairs to be completed quickly and fairly priced. We had no worries or issues, the sale process was fully explained. Kirk is the best!! We used him to buy a home for my mother-in-law and then again later on to sell it. When my mother-in-law purchased the home the deal almost fell through but Kirk saved the day. Kirk did a great job selling her home and had great ideas, suggestions, and oversight which made for an easy transaction and great experience. Other than being the best at what he does, he is a really nice person. HIGHLY RECOMMEND him, you wont be disappointed.
