Call Realty

Kirk was absolutely amazing to work with! Selling our home and moving was such a stressful season for our family, but Kirk took so much of that stress off my shoulders. He was always available when I needed him, went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, and truly made us feel like we were his only clients. What started as a realtor-client relationship quickly became so much more. Kirk has continued to check in and help our family even after the move, and honestly, he has become like a part of our family. We are so grateful for everything he did for us and couldnt recommend him more! 10/10!!

I wanted to look for a home and needed a realtor. I randomly selected Kirk Despain. I sent him a message and he responded within the day, if I recall. We talked about what I was looking for and he sent me a listing of homes in my price range. I selected a couple and he also suggested some that I might like. He was quick to set up homes that were still occupied so we could tour them. When I finally selected a home Kirk set up the home inspection with an inspector he works with. The inspector told us what he found and suggested things that could use some addressing. Kirk also set up sewer and roof inspections and paid them for me. I of course paid Kirk back later but point is he took care of them right away. We used what the inspection revealed to reduce the offer so we could have the sewer cleaned and roof underlayment replaced on a tile roof. Seller counter offered the amount for half the cost of a new roof and a sewer line drain snake and hydro jetter for credit at closing. The sewer clean out was under bid by $700 and Kirk was able to get me a reimbursement from them. Overall Kirk was extremely helpful and effective in navigating me through the process of buying the home. He is also very friendly and easy to work with. I had put my complete trust in him. He even gave me a house warming gift. I would highly recommend Kirk to be your realtor.

Working with Kirk was a great experience from start to finish. This was a big step for me to take on my own so I was looking for someone who would understand that. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the market in my area and always took the time to explain things very clearly, which I greatly appreciated since this was a first-time endeavor for me. He made the process feel much less overwhelming. I really appreciated how supportive he was aEUR" always available to answer questions and offer guidance without ever making me feel pressured. What stood out the most to me was his no-push approach. He genuinely listened to what I wanted to accomplish and respected my pace, which made me feel confident in every decision I made along the way. I really felt he had my back the entire time as I moved forward in meeting this goal of mine. If you are looking for someone who is not only professional, but also patient and truly has your best interests in mind, I would highly recommend Kirk DeSpain.
