Kimo was/is awesome. We were so impressed with the response we got as we were searching for that "ideal" agent. I have known Kimo for a while now, and I cannot say enough about his character and the way he does business. Kimo is a brilliant real estate veteran that does things the right way. It has been a pleasure working with Kimo Quance in the sale of our house. Kimo was very helpful in not only explaining where the housing market was, but also when and how to put the house on the Market. From Marketing via staging and photos to listing on MLS he created a very professional package. Within two days of listing we had two offers.
